Job Description

Flynn Group is a leading restaurant franchise operator with a rich history dating back to 1999 when it was founded by Greg Flynn. Over the years, it has grown to become the largest franchise operator in the world, managing a diverse portfolio of well-known, iconic brands across various segments including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. With its commitment to excellence and a core set of values centered on genuinely caring for people, playing like a champion, and winning as one, Flynn Group exemplifies leadership in the restaurant franchise industry. Among its premier brands is Taco Bell, which it acquired in 2013 through the purchase of 76 restaurants. Since that acquisition, Flynn Group has grown its Taco Bell presence to become the third largest Taco Bell franchisee worldwide, continuously expanding and evolving to meet the demands of a dynamic market.

Flynn Group prides itself on cultivating an encouraging and inclusive work environment where employees’ ideas and contributions are highly valued. This culture of respect and opportunity supports both personal and professional growth, making it a sought-after employer in the food service industry. By fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workforce and committing to reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, the Flynn Group ensures a supportive atmosphere for all team members.

The role of Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell within the Flynn Group offers an exciting leadership opportunity. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be entrusted with full operational and financial responsibility for your multi-million dollar Taco Bell unit. This includes leading and inspiring your team to embody the "Live Más" spirit every day—providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving overall operational excellence. Your leadership is instrumental in developing a motivated workforce that consistently delivers the best guest experience, encourages loyalty, and meets the financial goals of the restaurant.

You will serve as the cornerstone of your restaurant’s success by managing all facets of the business including employee training and development, ensuring that Taco Bell standards are upheld, and responding promptly to guest needs and complaints to maintain a positive reputation. This role requires a hands-on approach, a passion for operational success, and a commitment to upholding the Flynn Group’s core values.

Compensation for this position starts at an annual salary of $55,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. The Flynn Group provides competitive pay, paid vacation, free meals with every shift, a 401(k) plan with company match, healthcare options including dental and vision insurance, paid training, employee discounts, and ample opportunities for career advancement. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in one of the fastest-growing Taco Bell franchisees in the world, this role offers a unique chance to grow your leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
