Boselli & Sons' LLC DBA McDonald's is an independent franchisee operating 21 McDonald's restaurant locations across Colorado. As a franchise-owned business, it holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but operates separately from McDonald's USA, which means employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision are managed solely by the franchisee. This independent ownership allows the franchisee to cultivate a unique work environment that blends the globally recognized standards of McDonald's with localized community-focused operations.
The position offered is a full-time Restaurant General Manager role, ideal for a dynamic and hands-on leader aged 18 or older. The salary range for this position is $58,700 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses. The role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with peak restaurant operating hours and ensure top-quality customer service at all times.

Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of management experience in restaurant or quick-service industry preferred
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and occasionally lift during shifts
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado if business needs require
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience McDonald's or similar preferred
- Proven leadership skills with a strong confident presence
- Excellent communication coaching and team-building abilities
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Highly organized punctual and able to manage multiple priorities
