As a franchise-owned business, it holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but operates separately from McDonald's USA, which means employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision are managed solely by the franchisee. The position offered is a full-time Restaurant General Manager role, ideal for a dynamic and hands-on leader aged 18 or older. The salary range for this position is $58,700 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses.
