Job Description

Boselli & Sons' LLC DBA McDonald's is a well-established franchisee operating 21 McDonald's restaurants across Colorado. As an independent franchisee, the company operates separately from McDonald's USA, holding licenses to use the brand's logos and food products. This structure allows Boselli & Sons' LLC the autonomy to manage all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. The company is committed to providing exceptional customer service through its dedicated teams while emphasizing operational excellence and community involvement. It fosters a dynamic and inclusive work environment focused on growth, development, and long-term retention of its workforce. With a strong presence in the Colorado market, Boselli & Sons' LLC is dedicated to maintaining high standards in food safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The company is currently seeking a full-time Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its franchise-owned McDonald's locations. This role calls for a proactive and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older and must be willing to relocate within Colorado as business needs dictate. The pay scale for this position ranges from $58,700 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses.

As the General Manager, you will be the pivotal figure promoting operational efficiency, team morale, and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing staffing and inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a leader who exemplifies professionalism, punctuality, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards across all facets of the restaurant's daily activities. You will be key in recruiting, training, and developing employees to build a loyal, high-performing crew focused on reducing turnover and delivering memorable customer experiences.

Moreover, the General Manager will oversee financial performance, control costs, and implement local marketing initiatives while building relationships within the local community. The position demands availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the fast-paced nature of the business. Employees in this role also have access to world-class training, college tuition assistance up to $3,000 per year, free high school completion programs, English language classes, and career advising to support professional growth and lifelong learning.

Boselli & Sons' LLC offers a robust benefits package designed to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance. These include paid vacation and holidays, health benefits including vision and dental coverage effective after 30 days, company-provided cell phones, uniform allowances, and potentially a car allowance depending on the location. Additionally, employees benefit from access to earned wages before payday, flexible scheduling, performance reviews every six months, free meals during shifts, employee recognition programs, and special discounts on various goods and services.

Joining Boselli & Sons' LLC as a General Manager means becoming part of a respected franchise with deep community roots, committed to excellence and employee development. If you are passionate about leadership, performance, and making an impact daily, this opportunity offers a promising next step in your career journey with McDonald's.
