Boselli & Sons LLC DBA McDonald's is an independent franchise operator managing 21 McDonald's locations across Colorado. The General Manager role is a pivotal leadership position within this franchise. This full-time position requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers an attractive pay scale ranging from $58,700 to $85,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus additional performance-based bonus programs. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing team members, maintaining standards for food safety and customer service, and driving financial success. This role demands a dynamic, confident leader with proven management experience preferably in a restaurant or quick service environment such as McDonald's. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills to recruit, train, and retain talent effectively. Importantly, applicants must be willing to relocate within Colorado as business needs arise to manage one of the 21 locations in the franchise.

This management position is a hands-on role that includes being actively involved in the fast-paced environment of the restaurant, ensuring operational precision in staffing, inventory management, and financial controls. The General Manager sets the tone for the entire team with a professional presence, punctuality, and adherence to standards. Job Requirements

  • 18 years old and older
  • Must be available evenings weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado
  • Ability to stand walk and occasionally lift
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience McDonald's or similar preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong confident presence
  • Excellent communication coaching and team-building abilities
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Highly organized punctual and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
