This franchise-owned location is looking for a General Manager to lead their restaurant team in maintaining McDonald's high operational standards and achieving financial success. The General Manager role at this McDonald's location is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This position focuses on running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant consistently meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager supports and coaches these managers, helping them to set their departmental goals, tracking progress, and providing direction to improve performance. By fostering strong department leadership and improving individual areas, the overall restaurant performance is enhanced. This role also requires involvement in hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant builds a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience managing high-volume restaurant locations, preferably within quick service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, or retail industries.
