- 2-3 years of previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations

- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service
- Maintain a visible presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless execution of fine dining service standards
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
- Partner with culinary and beverage teams to ensure product quality, menu execution, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain restaurant facilities, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Support training, performance management, and team engagement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive team culture that drives collaboration and high performance
