  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Experience with cost control and labor management
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
