Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum five years high-volume Food and Beverage experience
- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Must have a positive and professional interaction with all casino/hotel departments
- Consistently demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook E-mail programs
- Must be congenial and have neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- Must be reliable and conscientious
- Possess ability to interact in English with guests, co-workers and supervisory staff
- Must be accuracy and detail oriented
- Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure and/or conflict situations
- Knowledge of current PC software including word processing and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in Point of Sales systems such as Micros and InfoGenesis

Job Duties
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by building relationships with guests through table touches, greetings or warm farewells
- Resolve customer complaints and service deficiencies by listening to guests, responding sincerely, and using appropriate service recovery tools
- Use business analytics tools such as Avero to analyze business trends and employee performance
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Operations Director to develop ideas to maximize revenue and reduce expenses, outlining goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with Health Department Regulations and maintain the restaurant's A grade
- Maximize employee morale by leading through example and providing the tools, guidance and support for world class guest service
- Conduct individual and team quality improvement and coaching sessions and provide both positive and corrective feedback
- Follow and enhance departmental and restaurant specific policies, procedures and sequence of service
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Director
