With 96,000 square feet of banquet space and 10 diverse food and beverage outlets, the resort provides guests with a world-class experience blending historic charm and modern luxury. Recently, the resort completed a $200 million renovation project that introduced additional banquet spaces and exciting food and beverage enhancements, solidifying Hotel del Coronado's position as a premier destination for travelers seeking upscale accommodations and memorable culinary experiences. Hilton manages the property, bringing its signature hospitality and commitment to excellence to every aspect of the guest experience.

Developed under the expertise of San Diego native and Clique Hospitality Executive Chef and Partner JoJo Ruiz, Seréa’s offerings highlight complex, expressive flavor profiles of fresh fish, intricate seafood, and heritage meats, making it a culinary gem in the local market.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead all facets of Seréa’s operations, ensuring that the highest standards of guest service, food quality, and operational excellence are consistently met. This role demands an exceptional leader passionate about crafting extraordinary guest experiences, adept in financial performance management, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of management experience in an upscale dining environment and bring strong beverage knowledge to enhance Seréa’s offerings. Prior union experience is considered a plus.
