Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years experience as a general manager in quick-service restaurant environment
- strong operational and financial management skills
- excellent leadership and team development abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- exceptional customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- three years experience as a general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations
- proven leadership skills and ability to develop teams
- strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- experience managing budgets, labor, and financial targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- familiarity with Wendy’s or similar fast food brands preferred
Job Duties
- lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and store success
- uphold and instill Wendy’s culture and values within the team
- oversee food quality, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- manage financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and cost control
- coordinate with corporate offices and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive repeat business
