Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- available to work varying shifts including weekends
- able to commit to a minimum of five days and approximately 50 hours per week
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- passion for leadership and team development

- minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments

Job Duties
- lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- implement company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance
- train, coach, and develop staff to achieve high performance
- create a positive and engaging work environment that supports teamwork and employee satisfaction
- monitor food quality and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
- analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability and achieve business goals
