Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
  • available to work varying shifts including weekends
  • able to commit to a minimum of five days and approximately 50 hours per week
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for leadership and team development

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
  • proven track record of managing financial results and operational performance
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
  • customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • familiarity with scheduling, inventory management, and staff training

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
  • implement company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance
  • train, coach, and develop staff to achieve high performance
  • create a positive and engaging work environment that supports teamwork and employee satisfaction
  • monitor food quality and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
  • analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability and achieve business goals
