  • 3-5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
  • catering, events, or banquet experience strongly preferred
  • strong financial acumen with experience overseeing labor, cost of goods, budgeting, and forecasting
  • hands-on leadership style with a focus on operational excellence
  • exceptional guest service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • genuine passion for community engagement
