- 3-5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
- catering, events, or banquet experience strongly preferred
- strong financial acumen with experience overseeing labor, cost of goods, budgeting, and forecasting

- exceptional guest service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- genuine passion for community engagement
