Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years as a general manager in full-service
  • Experience with annual sales volume of 4 million dollars or more
  • Stable job tenure with no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • High energy and hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing annual sales volume of 4 million dollars or more
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume casual or upscale casual dining operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the casual dining and entertainment facility
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
