As a General Manager at DRG, you will take on a comprehensive leadership role responsible for the overall operation of one or more restaurant locations. Your primary responsibility will be to build and develop a high-performing team by training and mentoring staff, providing clear and consistent guidance, and recognizing both individual and team contributions. You will oversee all facets of the restaurant’s operations including recruitment, training, employee management, profit and loss oversight, and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including MVR
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Willingness to work an expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
