Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous management experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership abilities
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership team and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- follow up on progress and provide direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- build and maintain a strong leadership team
