We are currently seeking an extraordinary General Manager to lead one of our flagship locations, a role pivotal to the continued success and growth of our restaurant group. The General Manager will oversee a large team of over 100 staff members, serving as the cornerstone of operational and service excellence within the unit. This leadership position demands a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives on delivering superior guest experiences and cultivating a culture of genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent quality and profitability, while also nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment that supports team development and internal growth opportunities.
This role includes comprehensive P&L responsibility, requiring strong financial acumen to drive sustainable profitability without compromising the guest experience. The General Manager will lead by example, embodying our Bib Gourmand-level service standards with every guest interaction while addressing any concerns with grace and a hospitality-focused approach. A key facet of the role involves maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, overseeing team performance across all departments, and participating in strategic initiatives alongside ownership and the operations team to further company-wide goals. The position offers a balanced 5-day workweek with structured scheduling of approximately 50-53 hours, including one maximum weekly close to promote a healthy work-life balance, along with competitive time-off policies.
