Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to oversee multiple departments and manage a team
- excellent problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience with high volume quick service restaurant operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- experience in hospitality or retail industries is a plus
- ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- effective coaching and mentorship capabilities
- knowledge of restaurant operational standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and quality service
- lead and mentor Department Managers to achieve operational goals
- set and monitor restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- manage hiring, coaching, and development of Department and Shift Managers
- ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- implement strategies to improve department performance
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
