We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-volume locations. The General Manager role is critical in ensuring that the restaurant operates profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. This leadership position involves overseeing the entire restaurant operation, working closely with Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and continuously improve various departments. Through effective coaching and strategic planning, the General Manager helps drive the team’s success and ensures an outstanding guest experience.

As a General Manager with us, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of Department and Shift Managers. Building a strong leadership pipeline is essential for sustained success and growth within our restaurants. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to oversee multiple departments and manage a team
  • excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience with high volume quick service restaurant operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • experience in hospitality or retail industries is a plus
  • ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • effective coaching and mentorship capabilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operational standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and quality service
  • lead and mentor Department Managers to achieve operational goals
  • set and monitor restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
  • manage hiring, coaching, and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
