Working approximately 50 hours per week, the Restaurant General Manager is pivotal in setting standards that others aspire to by cultivating a culture that is vibrant, optimistic, and results-oriented.

In this position, you will handpick, onboard, and mentor your team members, including assistant managers, shift leaders, and trainers, guiding them toward career advancement and personal growth. Your leadership will be reflected in a motivated team that consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences. You will engage directly with both staff and customers, promptly resolving conflicts and ensuring satisfaction. Running a financially successful restaurant is another key part of the role: managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.

This role also involves championing Taco Bell’s culture and values across the restaurant, promoting inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging among employees. You will be instrumental in driving collaboration, recognizing contributions, and maintaining high morale through effective communication and reward systems. You are expected to maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety standards to provide a safe and secure work environment for all.

The salary for this position ranges competitively from $55,000 to $80,000 annually, varying by location, experience, and qualifications. On top of a solid base pay, employees may qualify for shift incentives and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage from day one, paid time off, a 401k plan with company match, educational opportunities, and various discounts and perks.

This role stands out as a perfect opportunity for a seasoned restaurant management professional passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences.
