Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- reliable transportation for travel to home store and occasional locations
- willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety culture
- ability to maintain balance between employee, guest experience and operational goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
