Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- reliable transportation for travel to different locations
- willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- follow brand standards
- obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
- legal eligibility to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and develop a team
- excellent problem-solving skills
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to work flexible hours
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a customer-first attitude within the team
- promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- balance employee and guest experiences with operational metrics and financial goals
- follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
- solve problems and make decisions effectively
