Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • reliable transportation for travel to different locations
  • willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
  • follow brand standards
  • obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
  • legal eligibility to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and develop a team
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a customer-first attitude within the team
  • promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • balance employee and guest experiences with operational metrics and financial goals
  • follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
