Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • able to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • reliable transportation to and from home store and other locations
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background check
  • willing to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety
  • able to lead a management team
  • good decision-making skills
