Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • leadership experience in restaurant management preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to teach, motivate, and develop a team
  • knowledge of food safety standards or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • ability to maintain operational and financial goals

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back to Wendy’s
  • promote a "Customer First" attitude within the team
  • teach and grow team members through strong leadership
  • maintain proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant
  • stand and move for most of the shift while using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
