Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- leadership experience in restaurant management preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to teach, motivate, and develop a team
- knowledge of food safety standards or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- ability to maintain operational and financial goals
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back to Wendy’s
- promote a "Customer First" attitude within the team
- teach and grow team members through strong leadership
- maintain proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant
- stand and move for most of the shift while using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
