Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification by the end of training
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Commitment to food safety culture
  • Willingness to lead and grow a management team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and motivate a team
  • Commitment to food safety standards
  • Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible and reliable with transportation
  • Minimum age of 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience that encourages repeat guests
  • Promote a customer-first attitude among team members
  • Maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and culture
  • Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
