Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification by the end of training
- Eligible to work in the country
- Pass a background investigation
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Follow brand standards and guidelines
- Commitment to food safety culture
- Willingness to lead and grow a management team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible and reliable with transportation

Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages repeat guests
- Promote a customer-first attitude among team members
- Maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
- Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
