- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background investigation
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Reliable transportation to travel occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment like headset, register, or grill

Job Duties
- Create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back to Wendy’s
- Enjoy problem-solving and decision-making
- Create a “Customer First” attitude with your team
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
