Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work and training locations
  • Authorized to work in the country
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Pass a background check
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Eligible to work legally and pass background investigation

  • Maintain balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks
