Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation to commute to work and other locations as needed
  • Be eligible to work in the country
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Willingness to lead and manage a team towards operational and sales goals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage staff schedules
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
