Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Ability to lead and motivate a management team
  • Physical stamina to stand and move during the entire shift
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • Comply with all safety and brand standards
  • Eligible to work in the country and pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience so good that guests can’t wait to return
  • Maintain a culture of food safety and promote proper procedures
  • Manage balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and keep the restaurant clean
  • Teach, coach, and grow team members
