Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Ability to lead and motivate a management team
- Physical stamina to stand and move during the entire shift
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- Comply with all safety and brand standards
- Eligible to work in the country and pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience so good that guests can’t wait to return
- Maintain a culture of food safety and promote proper procedures
- Manage balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and keep the restaurant clean
- Teach, coach, and grow team members
