The role of Restaurant General Manager-Nora at Flynn Group is a pivotal leadership position designed for an energetic, dedicated individual who can oversee and enhance all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. The general manager is responsible for supervising staff training and development, maintaining food safety standards, and managing inventory and cash handling processes. A critical part of this position is utilizing point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to streamline order processing and sales tracking.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management
- proficiency with Aloha POS and Micros POS systems
- knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments
- strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff training initiatives
- excellent knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations
- proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- cash handling expertise
- ability to manage inventory control, food production, catering, and banquet services
- exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- experience with budgeting, training and development, and implementing operational procedures
