Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- secure reliable transportation
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- stand and move for most or all of the shift
- commitment to upholding brand standards
- eligible to work in the country
- pass background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management or supervisory experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to build and develop a cohesive team
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
