Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • reliable transportation to travel between home store and other locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • eligibility to work in the country
  • pass background investigation
  • commitment to promoting proper food safety procedures
  • successful completion of training including ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • commitment to food safety standards
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding customer service experience that encourages repeat visits
  • lead and motivate the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • promote and enforce a culture of food safety and adherence to proper procedures
  • maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment following brand standards
  • manage scheduling and flexible hours to optimize team performance
  • use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill as needed
  • ensure all team members embody a "Customer First" attitude and deliver superior service
