Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- reliable transportation to travel between home store and other locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- eligibility to work in the country
- pass background investigation
- commitment to promoting proper food safety procedures
- successful completion of training including ServSafe certification
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- commitment to food safety standards
- effective communication skills
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer service experience that encourages repeat visits
- lead and motivate the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- promote and enforce a culture of food safety and adherence to proper procedures
- maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment following brand standards
- manage scheduling and flexible hours to optimize team performance
- use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill as needed
- ensure all team members embody a "Customer First" attitude and deliver superior service
