Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • commitment to following brand standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Career-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to build and lead a cohesive team
  • experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • commitment to food safety and customer service excellence
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift

  • age 21 or older

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
  • promote a customer first attitude with your team
  • ensure compliance with food safety procedures and obtain SERV Safe certification
  • maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment adhering to brand standards
  • use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • solve problems and make decisions to improve restaurant performance
