Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- commitment to following brand standards and guidelines

- Career-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to build and lead a cohesive team
- experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
- promote a customer first attitude with your team
- ensure compliance with food safety procedures and obtain SERV Safe certification
- maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment adhering to brand standards
- use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- solve problems and make decisions to improve restaurant performance
