Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background investigation
- Secure reliable transportation to the home store and other locations occasionally
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Stand and move for most of the shift
- Follow brand standards and guidelines
- Willingness to promote food safety culture

Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
- Build a team with a customer-first attitude
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Maintain brand standards for food preparation, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Stand and move for most of the shift
