Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to the home store and other locations occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Comply with all company policies and standards
- Pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages customers to return
- Foster a customer-first attitude within the team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
- Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness
- Utilize restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
