Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to the home store and other locations occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
  • Pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience that encourages customers to return
  • Foster a customer-first attitude within the team
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness
  • Utilize restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
