Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- stand and move for most of your shift
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- eligible to work in this country
- pass a background investigation

- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to build and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- commitment to food safety and operational excellence
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training

Job Duties
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
- promote a customer first attitude with your team
- maintain the balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
- ensure compliance with food safety and proper procedures
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- follow brand standards and maintain a clean restaurant
