Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • stand and move for most of your shift
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • eligible to work in this country
  • pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to build and motivate a team
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • commitment to food safety and operational excellence
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
  • promote a customer first attitude with your team
  • maintain the balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • ensure compliance with food safety and proper procedures
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • follow brand standards and maintain a clean restaurant
