Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned restaurant and other locations occasionally
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively
- Commitment to food safety standards and SERV Safe certification
- Ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Age 21 or older
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages repeat visits
- Promote a customer-first attitude among staff
- Teach and grow team members through effective leadership
- Ensure compliance with food safety and proper procedures
- Maintain a balance between employee experience, guest satisfaction, operational metrics, and financial targets
- Use restaurant equipment and follow brand standards to prepare food and maintain cleanliness
