Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned restaurant and other locations occasionally
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively
  • Commitment to food safety standards and SERV Safe certification
  • Ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Age 21 or older

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience that encourages repeat visits
  • Promote a customer-first attitude among staff
  • Teach and grow team members through effective leadership
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and proper procedures
  • Maintain a balance between employee experience, guest satisfaction, operational metrics, and financial targets
  • Use restaurant equipment and follow brand standards to prepare food and maintain cleanliness
