- three years experience working as a restaurant general manager in quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
- strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- passion for developing and leading teams
- commitment to excellent customer service
- ability to handle operational and financial responsibilities

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor restaurant team members to achieve success
- instill Wendy's culture and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations
- have total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant
- ensure food quality, labor management, customer service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
- manage daily operations including drive-thru efficiency
- monitor and control operational costs and budgeting
- implement training and development programs for team members
