Currently, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager to join its Food & Beverage team. This full-time role is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the high standards of the Jean-Georges restaurant, a spotlight of culinary excellence within the hotel. The Restaurant General Manager is entrusted with managing all aspects of the restaurant's operation to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maximize sales and profitability, and foster a positive team environment.
This role requires leadership in cost control, staff development, and guest satisfaction, demanding a deep understanding of fine dining service, wine and beverage programs, and restaurant financial management. The successful candidate is expected to have at least six years of experience in managing high-volume, luxury dining establishments, with a proven track record of excellence and guest-centric focus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to handle guest complaints effectively and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Six years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-end, high-volume establishment
- Experience in various roles within a restaurant preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Proven guest satisfaction record
- Knowledge of food, beverage, accounting, and administration
- Proficiency in cost control
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage guest complaints effectively
- Strong team player skills
Job Qualifications
