Job Duties
- Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead the team to reach goals
- Lead guest experiences ensuring friendly interactions, clean environment, and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding new team members
- Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
- Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to drive business forward
