Job Requirements
- three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation
- proven track record of meeting benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- passion for developing and leading teams
- ability to work full-time
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- strong communication skills
- capability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years experience as a general manager in quick-service restaurant settings with a focus on drive-thru operations
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety, sanitation, labor management, and customer service
- proven leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
- commitment to maintaining high standards in cleanliness and food quality
- experience working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
- mentor and develop staff to enhance performance and career growth
- manage financial aspects including budgeting, labor costs, and profitability
