The brand's deep-rooted legacy emphasizes not only serving great food but also fostering a culture of fun, teamwork, and community involvement. Over the decades, Chili's has built a reputation for delivering consistent quality and engaging dining experiences, making it a preferred choice for families, friends, and casual diners alike.
Chili's is seeking passionate and dedicated Managers who are wired for hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position offers an employment opportunity with an annual salary range between $80,000 and $90,000, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization.
As a Chili's Manager, you will lead and direct the management team by scheduling effectively, assigning responsibilities, and setting clear expectations. Your leadership will involve managing the performance of your team through evaluations, coaching sessions, and accountability measures, fostering a collaborative and motivated workforce. Financial acumen is vital, as you will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to meet and surpass business goals.
Operational oversight is another cornerstone of the role; ensuring a great guest experience by maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant, your leadership will be essential in modeling and enforcing operational and quality standards. Open communication within the team will be encouraged, and as a manager, you will champion change initiatives and restaurant programs that drive business growth and team engagement.
The role also emphasizes community relations, encouraging managers to develop strong connections within the local community and enhance guest engagement inside the restaurant. Hiring, training, retaining, and developing team members for career advancement are key responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and culture of the restaurant.
Food safety is paramount at Chili's, and managers are expected to understand and enforce safe food handling procedures rigorously. This position requires an individual who is dependable, a team player, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a vibrant environment. Above all, embodying Chili's cultural beliefs — Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant — is critical to success in this role.

You will work alongside a team that celebrates achievements and is committed to excellence in every shift. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about hospitality and eager to make a significant impact in a well-established and beloved brand.
