The ideal candidate will have between three to five years of current General Manager experience within fast-casual or full-service restaurant settings. This position requires a strong food safety mindset, familiarity with POS systems, basic restaurant equipment, and building maintenance. Offered with this opportunity is a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, complemented by a quarterly bonus program.
