- minimum of three years experience as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant
- demonstrated success in managing operations including food, labor, service, and cleanliness
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- commitment to company values and culture
- ability to work on site full time
Job Qualifications
- three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
- strong background in restaurant operations and team leadership
- proven ability to meet food, labor, service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness benchmarks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for developing and motivating teams
- ability to work full time on site
Job Duties
- lead and mentor restaurant team members
- instill company culture and motivate staff
- manage all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- achieve and maintain benchmarks in food quality, labor management, and customer service
- drive sales and customer satisfaction through exemplary service
- oversee scheduling and labor cost control
