Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years experience as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant
  • demonstrated success in managing operations including food, labor, service, and cleanliness
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • commitment to company values and culture
  • ability to work on site full time

Job Qualifications

  • three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
  • strong background in restaurant operations and team leadership
  • proven ability to meet food, labor, service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness benchmarks
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for developing and motivating teams
  • ability to work full time on site

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor restaurant team members
  • instill company culture and motivate staff
  • manage all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • achieve and maintain benchmarks in food quality, labor management, and customer service
  • drive sales and customer satisfaction through exemplary service
  • oversee scheduling and labor cost control
