The General Manager role at Flynn Wendy's is a highly responsible and rewarding position. As a General Manager, you will be the driving force behind your restaurant's success, leading and mentoring your team to excel in both customer service and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can instill Flynn Wendy's culture within the restaurant, motivating the team to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will have full operational and financial responsibility for your store, ensuring benchmarks for food quality, labor management, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Candidates interested in this full-time General Manager position should have a minimum of three years of experience managing a quick-service restaurant, preferably one with a heavy drive-thru operation such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, or Taco Bell. Strong skills in restaurant operations, including achieving key performance indicators related to food quality, labor, service, and sanitation, are essential.
