Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
- Valid food safety certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead kitchen and front of house teams to achieve hospitality excellence
- Implement cost control measures and monitor financial performance
- Develop and enforce high standards of food quality and customer service
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and team cohesion
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory and supply chain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
