Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
  • Valid food safety certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

  • Knowledge of cost control and financial management

  • Experience managing diverse teams in both front and back of house environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and lead kitchen and front of house teams to achieve hospitality excellence
  • Implement cost control measures and monitor financial performance
  • Develop and enforce high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and team cohesion
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory and supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
