Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a corporate restaurant setting
- Experience managing high-volume sales of $3 million or more annually
- Demonstrated loyalty with limited job changes in the last six years
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
- Strong commitment to guest service and team leadership
- High energy and passion for hospitality and team development
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager or Multi-Unit management role in a corporate restaurant environment
- Experience managing annual restaurant sales volume of $3 million or more
- Proven track record of loyalty with no more than two jobs in the last six years
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in fast-casual or corporate casual dining concepts
- Commitment to outstanding guest service
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage annual sales volume targets of $3 million or more
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Handle employee scheduling and labor cost management
