Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Promote, demonstrate and enforce the ability to work as scheduled and be punctual
  • promote, demonstrate and lead an excellent restaurant experience for the customer
  • train, coach and direct all management team members according to policy and succession planning
  • train and develop team members based on succession planning
  • promote, demonstrate and enforce all training including but not limited to GURU and leader-led training
  • promote, demonstrate and enforce company standard operating procedures
  • promote, demonstrate and enforce all guidelines for receiving inventory and proper storage and rotation of food, beverage, paper, and chemical products
  • promote, demonstrate and maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas according to local and franchise guidelines
  • perform inventory counting and record keeping within required timeframes
  • schedule work shifts for team members including coverage due to shortages
  • travel to other restaurants, area office, bank, etc. as needed
