Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum five years of full-service restaurant management experience
- willingness to work weekends and 50-hour workweeks
- ability to perform and assist in all restaurant functions
- pass background check including felony convictions
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of full-service restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine service
- experience in staff training and development
- financial management skills including payroll and cost control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Manage operations of assigned restaurant
- achieve planned sales and profit levels
- implement and enforce company policies and standards
- deliver exceptional guest experience
- supervise unit management and staff
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- prepare and review financial reports
