This role is a full-time Manager position with an annual salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. As a Chili's Manager, you will lead and direct the work of the Management team, ensuring efficient scheduling, clear delegation of responsibilities, and setting high standards for performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing performance evaluations, coaching team members, and holding staff accountable for quality and operational standards. You will be charged with planning and implementing financial budgets on weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines to keep the restaurant’s operations profitable and effective.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of the Management team including scheduling, assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
- Manage performance of the Management team, including performance evaluations, coaching and accountability
- Plan and implement weekly, monthly and yearly financial budgets
- Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience
- Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Foster open communication between Team Members and Management team
- Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
- Drive business results by utilizing Chili's systems to effectively control costs
- Follow operational systems, such as our Manager Timeline and performing quality Line Checks
- Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles
- Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
