Job Requirements
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
- strong leadership skills
- problem-solving skills
- understanding of P&L management and guest service principles
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for long hours
- comfortable working in varying temperatures including coolers and freezers

Job Duties
- Own the restaurant’s P&L and make decisions that drive profitability
- analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales
- lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members
- foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive
- provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement
- ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time
- resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- engage with your local community to promote the restaurant and brand
- optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency
- ensure compliance with Burger King policies, health regulations, and labor laws
- maintain top-notch operational and brand standards across the restaurant
