This role is for the position of Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut. This is a salaried non-exempt full-time position that offers a base salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 plus applicable overtime and performance bonuses based on the restaurant's success. The Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Pizza Hut restaurant, managing all aspects from staff leadership and customer experience to financial performance and inventory control. A key part of this role involves creating an engaging, fun, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers alike. The manager oversees team recruitment, training, motivation, and ensures that company policies and standards for food safety and customer service are adhered to consistently. This individual must be approachable and communicative, able to build strong relationships with employees and guests, while driving sales growth and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • Have some prior management experience
