Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
- No more than two jobs in the last five years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Management experience of at least 1 year
- Proficient in English
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

- Strong financial reporting and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Experience with scheduling and labor cost control

- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Must have open availability and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
- Generate weekly schedule to control labor cost
- Collect and account for all money transactions on a daily basis
- Coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing, and all other paperwork
- Review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire, and train all new employees
- Recommend the promotion and/or termination of employees
- Conduct all performance management duties including written and verbal staff evaluations and corrective actions
- Coordinate all store food orders accurately and completely based on company goals
- Observe all personnel at the beginning and throughout their shift for compliance with appearance and uniform policies, customer service expectations, quality control, and company standards
- Stand on feet for prolonged periods
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Perform any and all other duties assigned or requested
