This opportunity comes from a well-established restaurant group with multiple locations in Palm Beach County, specifically in Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. There are two primary roles available: Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Both positions offer competitive salaries, with the General Manager earning up to $63,000 per year and the Assistant Manager up to $53,000 per year. Employment is based in either Lake Worth at 6195 South Jog Road or West Palm Beach at 3085 45th Street, giving candidates a choice of location within the beautiful Palm Beach County area. The General Manager role is responsible for owning the full restaurant operation, leading a team of more than 25 employees with a management bench of 2 to 4. This includes responsibility for driving sales, labor control, and achieving EBITDA targets, as well as managing hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash management, and the overall guest experience. Candidates for the General Manager position should have at least five years of restaurant experience with two of those years in a general management or equivalent role. ServSafe Certification is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and computer literacy with systems such as Outlook, HRIS, and internal management platforms.
The Assistant Manager role supports the General Manager in daily operations with a focus on coaching and developing hourly team members. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and labor within budget, handling register audits, safe counts, and fund reconciliation, as well as assisting with staffing, onboarding, and corrective actions. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of restaurant leadership experience, hold ServSafe Certification, and possess strong verbal and written English communication skills alongside proficiency in computer systems including Outlook, HRIS, and other internal software.
